• No client addresses in image filenames, alt text or metadata.
• Survey photographs with GPS overlays are internal documents and are never published.
• Photographs are stripped of EXIF data on upload.
• Faces of identifiable people, including any children, are used only with written permission on file.
• No non-essential tracking. Analytics, where used, is privacy-respecting.
• No marketing consent is ever pre-ticked on our forms.
